Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
So my landlord i stepping over my boundaries and i want to break my lease. I signed a one year lease in Florida. So I realised went I emailed the signed lease I only email my signature and the front page. but in the lease a couple of places you can cheack some boxes and i was wondering if that would make it easier to break the lease even though the lease states: "If any portion of this Agreement is held to be invalid, its invalidity will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions of this Agreement"
But the boxes i didn't send checked to her stated:
"□ Tenant acknowledges receipt of, and has read a copy of the tenant rules and regulations, which are attached to and incorporated into this Agreement by this reference."
and
"Tenant acknowledges that Landlord has made the following disclosures regarding the premises:
□ Disclosure of Information on Lead Based Paint and/or Lead based Paint Hazards.
□ Other disclosures"
Hope you can help me!

Your unilateral failure to check off these boxes will not help you break the lease
