Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My landlord has been taking my UPS packages from my porch, which is a protected area away from public view and is where UPS has been leaving my packages and moves them to in front of the house in full view of the road and with no weather protection. Is this legal?

Did you ask your landlord to leave your UPS mail alone? Did you order your confidential stuff from a website that has a confidentiality policy (brown wrapper, no identifying marks? What is the problem????

Discuss it with the landlord and make sure that UPS is actually leaving packages in front of your house.
