I have a signed lease for only 1 adult & 2 children. But I will be getting married in 45 days and 2 more people are going to be added to the dwelling. They do not have a 3 bedroom unit & need to move but they said that I will my deposit even if it's in writing

The fact that you want to get married does not let you get out of your lease. If you want to move then you will be breaching the lease.

You need to abide by your lease if you don't want to lose your deposit. If your lease says you can only have one adult and two children, you can't add people, even if you get married. If you break the lease, you may suffer the consequences, including loss of deposit and a lawsuit for loss of their remaining rent on the lease until they can find someone else to rent the place.
