Landlord Tenant
While waiting for the judgement (since the judge is taking it under advisement) is it alowable for me to request the judge to order a three day wait before applying for writ of possession. Due to disability and need for a moving van, no company can service me for two to three days.

Sure -- although if you lose, you should have the right to move for reconsideration and, in that, ask for the same time as well. But, you can certainly do so in advance.
