Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
landlord and tenant
Yesterday my husband and I went to court about the house we are renting. It is going into forclourser and we have 60 days to move. Do we still have to pay the landlord rent if the house is going into forclourser?

Yes. Just because the house is in foreclosure does not mean that you get to live there rent free.
