I rent an apt and am 4 months behind due to no work and health problems. my landlord is aware of this.last night at approx 845pm I was lying in bed when I heard a noise. it was my landlord who hd entered my apt to see if I was there and hadnt abandoned it. s this legal?.can he just enter the premisis whenever he wishes?

Most leases allow the landlord to have access to check on the premises, so check your lease. He should have provided some notice, at least by knocking and it should be during reasonable times (he should not, for instance, come in unnanounced at 3 am).
