Landlord/Tenant Question
Less than 72 hrs ago, I moved into a 3 story townhouse. Today, one of the window screens from a 3rd fl feel onto my new vehicle causing minor damage (less than car insurance deductible of $500). Who should pay for the damages?

assuming that you did not dislodge the screen and it just fell, as suggested by your post, the apartment complex should pay for it.
