Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I have a Lease Agreement in effect until June of this year. I live in a mobile home park and the majority of mobile homes received Rent Increase Notices (60 days). My rent will only go up $15 but I was curious if my landlord can increase my rent While my lease agreement is still in effect from when I first signed it last June?
