Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

does some one whose not on a lease agreement have squaters rights( not sure what or if there is any) especially if the person not on the lease is pregnant or diabled?

No, one does not have squaters rights even if they are pregnant or disabled. They still need to be evicted.
