i broke my ankel on the place i was renting the lease was a part of this action who is liliable.

From your description -- no one is. Just because you hurt yourself on someone's property does not make the property owner liable for your injury. You must show that your injury was the result of some negligent conduct, that the owner either knew or should have known of some dangerous condition that caused or contributed substantially to causing your injury. Just having a broken ankle is not enough to create liability.
