Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I have a lease on a house in Florida and had to move back to Washington. Anyway I can get out of the lease. There are two other people still in the house and they have a new roommate.

You can only "get out" of the lease if all of the other parties, the landlord and the other persons on the lease, sign a new lease, and they all agree to relieve you of any responsibility for the lease.
