Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

On my lease it says that management has to give 24-hour notice before coming in your apartment now I've got a notice saying that they're going to be inspections coming up and they're going to be in and out of my apartment at random for the next 30 days is that legal

Yes it is legal. Contrary to the lease, perhaps. The entire lease needs to be reviewed not just that paragraph AND the purpose of the random visits should be disclosed. Talk to the management company and get the specifics.
