Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
We have a lease at a medical arts building for our medical practice. In the last 15 months business has been stopped 3 times for a few business days each time, due to electrical problems in the building. This has been extremely hurtful to our patients and our revenue. Do we have any recourse against these landlords? Like at least not having to pay the rent for the days that the business could not be open?
