Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
There is nothing in my lease about being required to vacate for termite tenting. I'm only being offered one days prorated rent for 36 hours.

I suggest you cooperate. The fact that the landlord is offering 36 hours outside of the apartment with funds to allow for the vacating, the court would find this acceptable.
