Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

lease states that if new lease is not signed current lease continues for same time period with same requirements, tenant has informed me 5 months into unsigned time that she is moving - can I, as the landlord, use her security deposit for the difference?

No. If you cannot rerent, you can sue for lost rent.
