lease termination
I renewed my lease 5 months ago but now my husband and i are buying a house. How can i terminate my lease without being charged rent when i close on my house

Nothing you have posted indicates that you have any right to terminbate the lease. Go and ask the landlord. Be nice. You may get lucky.
