Hi, Im leasing a apartment now, and my lease will be done towards the ends of july..now im looking for a new apartment. and the apartment i found say they have a home for me and its open on july 13..ow i dont want to pay to rents at a time,,,economy is bad right now..do i have to move in july 13 or cn i move in aug 1...so i dnt have to pay my rent at my home im at now..pay rent july 13 and pay for aug 1st...i was wondering can i just move in aug 1st....

If the landlord allows it. If you delay to August 1, the landlord may rent it to someone else. See if your lease can commence August 1.
