Are you breaking your lease? I would have to read to advise. Is there a termination provision?
Your lease controls your responsibility. You likely will owe the rental that is due until the end of your lease. If you are trying to get the landlord to allow you out as of the end of the month, you will need to discuss the circumstances with them. Giving them no notice does not give them an opportunity to re-rent the space to another tenant.
