Legal vacate notice
My mother owns rental properties one of which still has a mortgage on it. The mortgage company has recently found out that she is not the listed resident at this propery and they have sent us a 10 day vacate notice by mail that is not signed or has a person's name on it is this a legal notice.

I doubt it is a legal document however, I would have to see it.
