Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Can I legally break my lease if the temperature in the office is unbearable? Above 85 degrees in the afternoon.
My lease states that the landlord will maintain air conditioning at such a temperature as he deems reasonable.

You will have to allow the landlord to fix the issue. If the landlord refuses or ignores the request, you may be able to end the lease, if you give him proper notice.
