Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

i live in an apartment complex which has a carport area that you can pay $15 a month to have a spot under the carport, its a gauranteed spot. i keep my second vehicle there. a few months ago it got a flat tire. a couple of weeks later i got a sticker on my car from a towing company that read "WARNING no parking - this vehicle will be towed or booted within three days if flat tire is not fixed". so i temporarly fixed the flat with FIX-A-FLAT because of money problems. a month goes by and the tire got flat again, along with another sticker. same sticker except this time it says i have 24hrs to fix the flat or they will tow or boot my vehicle. MY QUESTION IS: ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THAT? it just doesnt seem fair because i pay for that spot so why should it matter if i have a flat or not.

The answer to your question can be found in your lease and the agreement that applies to the spot. Ask them their basis.
