Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I live in an apartment in florida. I am billed for water service seperatelyby the water company. My lease agreement says that I am responsible for payment of water service. I cannot pay the bill till next week. I know that the complex cannot turn off the water for non payment but can the water company turn it off?
