Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

where I live the apt is in foreclosure and the old owner is the person whom I have been paying the rent. He does not want my rent and wants to kick me out by friday morning. He also states that he will change the locks on me if im not out by friday morning. Being in forclosure he aslo has not payed the association fees in the condo and has been collecting my rent illegaly because he is not paying his lender. please help is it legal for him to do that. And he has filled a document to postpone the finalization of the sale with the court till july.please help.

No, he can't legally throw you out or change the locks on such short notice. I gather that you were current with your rent. If not he could start eviction proceedings against you because you were still obligated to pay your rent, despite what he does or does not do with the money.
