Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Live in CONDO, Landlord wants me t stay 60 days intill lease is done, BUT the Condo says they have right to kick us out in 3 days? what is going on? I thought a lease is a contract? Low income help needed.

Your lease should control as long as rent is being paid.

Condo cannot likely kick you out UNLESS they have taken out ownership of the condo and you have not paid your rental. More facts are needed to really assess this situation. Seek some legal help.
