Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I live in Florida, I have a computer in the living room, on that computer is software that broadcasts my web cam and files to my phone when i connect to it. I have a room mate, does she have any legal action if she didn't know it was there and that I could see it?

If you video viewed your roomate without consent, she does have a legal action.
