Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live in Florida and have a dead beat renter that I am having to evict. He owes me in the neighborhood of $6,500. I would like to go after him for these damages, however, the packet that they gave me at the courthouse to file a judgement is way too complex for me. So, I will be needing the services of an attorney. My questions are: 1. About how much will it cost me to get this judgement done? AND 2. (in a perfect world) Can I get the amount owed to me to be repaid by the tenant THROUGH the court for $100 per month for 65 months? I'd like the tenant to pay the court and then, have the court forward the payment to me. IF he doesn't pay, he gets picked up and goes to jail. Thank you for your time!

The amount owed is more than small claims - you must file in county court. Yes, get a judgment and garnish his wages.
