Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I live in Florida I own a duplex and am trying to show it.
Tenant was set up a time to be there for realtor but did not
answer door. This happened twice. What do I have to do to get
into my own apt.

Your lease agreement controls. Review it or have an attorney review it. Give the tenant written notice of your intent to enter premises pursuant to the lease. Do you have a key?
