I live in florida my landlord has sexually harassed my girlfriend who is also a tenant.what can we do? and he calls or texts at all hours of the night about collecting the rent what actions can we take

What evidence do you have,. Did you record the phone calls. do you have the texts printed out from his phone to yours and you must have your responses. Has he done this before? If you have the evidence you can sue him for harrassment and stalking - he could go to jail.
