Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I live in Florida. I rent a mobile home but have fallen behind in rent. I have been sending payments to the landlord, but now he is threatening to evict. Does he need to return the money I have sent him before he can evict since he has accepted the payments?

If you are not paying the full amount, he may keep what you are sending and evict you. I suggest you catch up your payments.
