Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I Live In Florida and On the 19th of this month I received an eviction letter from my landlord that had a 3 day time period in which to pay the 600.00 or vacate the property. Well I paid the 600.00 the same day but the landlord says that he still wants me out by the 1st of next month but my lease isnt up until October 2010 and I paid him a 1000 deposit that if i vacate I automatically forfeit up to him. Can he legally evict me without reason?

Depends on the what the lease states. I would certainly tell him that if you leave you want your deposit .
