Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live in an "gated" apartment complex HOWEVER the gates do NOT work,nor do the the security cameras upon my sigingin of the lease they advised that the gates were in the process of being repaired and new key cardds would be issued; it has been 6 mnths and the gates are still NOT fixed. My car was recently stolen from this community can i sue them ?

Potentially. the question is how much is the car worth and does it justify the claim? Likely no attorney's fees can be collected so you will have to pay for an attorney, at best, from the proceeds. Seek some legal guidance with a copy of your lease.
