Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I live in Jacksonville florida in a rented condo - my car was leaking oil and I had the car repaired by a certified mechanic on 3/15 on 3/30 I received a notice to tow saying that my car was still leaking and I can no longer park at the complex-I had the mechanic re-chk the car and again found no leaks/on 4/2 I received another notice to tow and again had the car re-chked and I have no leaks-what can I do to stop this harrassment? I have written documentation of my car being clear of any leaks.

Take your letter to the HOA and produce to them. Find out why they are stilling sending you notices. Have you cleaned the oil spot on the pavement where it WAS leaking?
