Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I live in Miami, Florida. My brother is 46 years old and broke his relationship with his woman and came with his 17 year old son to live at home temporarily while he find a place for them.
It's been two years since and is still in my house. No pay rent and eventually only cover minor expenses like water. My relationship with him and his son is not good. His son disrespects me.
I have asked them to go for living alone and he do not want to leave my house.
What can I do to make it go?

Ejectment likely is your only choice. Seek some legal help. Eviction may be an option depending on all the facts.
