Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I live in Pensacola, FL. I had a small fire from a defective Sauna. I was given a 30 day notice to move out by 4/21/17 because of it. I was told I have 10-days to appeal and I did. My question is: Since I appealed it I am wondering if there is a law that the 30 days starts all over when you appeal when the Landlord give a decision or do I still have to leave the same date?
