Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live in a RV park with no lease. The owner is telling Me that I can not have quests over to my home or he will throw Me out in 24hrs. Is this legal?

Probably not. If you breach the rules, then you may be evicted and appropriate notice would need to be given based on the periodic rental payment you make. For a monthly lease ,it would be 15 days.
