Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I live in a townhome community in Fl. Parking is designated as guest and as resident / guest. In the entire community there was only 1 guest spot available so we had to park there until a resident spot came available. We were towed and I would like to know what my rights are. There are towing signs posted and we have contacted the HOA who will not do anything about it. Our vehicles do not fit in our 1 car garage so we along with everyone else has to utilize the parking area. There are not enough spaces. Are my rights being violated. When and if there is a spot available its a 1/2 mile walk to
