Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
When I lived in NY, I could keep a pet in my apartment and if the landlord didn't find out during a specific amount of time they couldn't do anything about it. Does it work this way in Florida? I have 2 cats and right now the landlord doesn't know about them. What happens if they find out? I've lived in this apartment for 3-1/2 months.
