Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
IM currently living with someone in a condo complex. I rent, she owns. We recently received a letter from the management company stating that I need to leave and move out of the complex within 30 days of getting the letter. Reasons were for noise complaints. Basically he said she said. There was no police reports. Is it that easy for them to just throw someone out with no police reports ? Thank you

Unless they have proof to a judges satisfaction they have no grounds to ask you to leave.
