Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
living in a home that i own
In the process of selling a home.My son has moved in temporarily for me. His girlfriend follows. I told her to leave. She is saying i have to give her thirty days notice.
There is no verbal or written agreement for the rental and no money has transacted at all.
Do i need to give her this notice?

You might have to file an ejectment action against her. Or change the locks when she is out of the house - though it sounds like your son would let her back in.
