Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Living with Partner

I would appreciate any information contained in the Florida statutes that pertain to the rights of an individual who owns their house pays the appropriate bills pertaining to said dwelling, and has share said dwelling with another person from the last week in the month of January to present date of November 17th. Without the conset or knowledge said person has changed the address on his drivers' licensee to the home owner address. This individual refuses to vacate said dwelling, stating that is their domicile, reason given is that their licensee reads the same as the owner who purchase the house, pays the taxes and whose name alone appears on the deed as well as the tax bill. Said person has used one credit card for their own personal use verbally stating to pay charges incurred within two days, said individual went into homeowner wallet removing two hundred dollars. Law enforcement was called and informed the homeowner that money would be returned if said person signed a paper that the money taken was given back. This individual returned to the domicile removing the money after the police returned to check on the homeowner said bill arrived therewas another charge this was unautorized by the card holder. No money has been paid.
