Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I am living in an RV park/ Campground, the manager has closed the use of bathing facilities due to individual disregard for the facilities. My question is can the manager close them legally when various permanent tenants use the facilities as well as the occasional tenters.

It would depend. Is your lease with the campground including the bathroom facilities. If it is included in the price then he must maintain the facility for the tenants. If it does not, then you might want to consider moving.
