Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
How long does it take from the day an eviction notice is filed for nonpayment of rent until the eviction process is complete? And if every possible attempt is made to pay the amount, and the problem is and has been the landlord not answering/returning phone calls etc, can I fight the eviction in any way?

No way to know exactly how long. 3 day notice + complaint and 5 day summons. Could all take place within 2 weeks. The 3 day notice does not require phone calls, it requires payment. if you know where to pay than do it. If you are served with a complaint and summons you can pay the funds to the court registry.
