Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Long story short....My landlord is trying to FORCE me out of my rental property because he wants to sell it and since I have a lease he cannot do that, unless to an investor. Recently, I found out my landlord filled a lawsuit for "breach of contract" basically to scare me out because of the amount of the lawsuit, I have not been served "yet"...and I am in the process of acuiring an attorney, but my question is. Can a "rental lease agreement" have a breach of contract but the landlord cant evict me? How can that be possible, I would assume a breach of contract would allow for eviction.

Thank you

It's all speculation until you see what is contained within the complaint. You should immediately consult with an attorney in your area about these issues who would then be prepared if or when you are served.
