Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am no longer on a yearly lease I am on a month to month lease I have been having noise issues with my neighbors so I complained and my landlord posted a 15 day notice to vacate on my door when I have never received any written notice before is that legal?

Yes. He needs no reason to terminate a month to month tenant.
