Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I have a lot rental agreement that says sewage is included with lot rent and the agreement automatically renews each year. now the owner of this 55 + park is saying I have to pay sewage bill now. this is without redoing the contract with me. can I deduct the sewage amount from my rent payment ?
