Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Management Responsibility

This question may sound really dumb, but I'm going to ask it anyway. My family have been living at one of the Concord Management properties for over a year now. And the entire time that we have lived here, we've been having problems with the residents beneath us. If I felt that we were in the wrong somewhere, you know, by not being respectful, I would own up to my mistakes, but that has not been the case. Every little chance that they've had, they've complained to the office. Judging by some of the complaints, they're just being petty.

This has gone on the entire year, fighting with the front office to have someone believe us! The management office has done nothing to address their hostile behavior towards us, and I feel that if they had nipped in the bud, our neighbors wouldn't feel so free in disrupting our lives. It almost feels like harrassment. I guess my question is. when can I get the cops involved to make a formal complaint against them. or do I just have to deal with this. Granted they're finally moving us at some point, but now it's a matter of integrity. How can I force the managements hand to enforce the policy they so easily shoved into our faces with our very hostile neighbors downstairs. Sorry, thats 2 question
