Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I own a mobile home and I just got a notice that my rent will increase by $39 per month. From $491 to $ 530 .per month I was told rent in FL could only increase by 5% is this correct

I don't see any statute in Florida advising of what amount a landlord can ask for in increasing the rent. If you are in section 8 housing there may be something to that.
