Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
How could a mobile home park under foreclosure evict everybody . Did not give us a reasonable amount of time besides 24 hours to get out. There are 14 mobile homes in here they got are getting evicted at the same time and we have kids and orderly folks living here.In this park

They can't without a court order.

If they give you an eviction notice, do what the paper says as to your response. This must do formal eviction through the court.
