We have a mobile home that we have been renting out. we have decided that we no longer want to rent it out any more. how much notice are we required to give to present tennants that it will no longer be available for rent?

If there is no lease involved because the terms of the lease would prevail, then if you are renting on a month to month basis, then give them 30 days notice - certified mail.

It depends whether you have a lease agreement with your current tenants. As a note of correction, when the tenancy is month to month (tenant pays every 30 days), then it can be terminated by either landlord or tenant upon 15 days notice prior to the end of any monthly period, not thirty.
