Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

i have mold in my apartment and told the landlord brother-in law many of times about it and nothing havent been done. when i move in it the masterbedrm had mold and i were told that the next day that they were going to fix the problem. i even sent them pictures from my phone. here it August and nothing done yet so i told him that im not paying rent til the it remove. so he had the relator to text me and say if i dont pay the rent i will have a three dsy notice .also ithave been making me sick i have have been in the hosptial three since i move in please help me. what should i do.

There are procedures to follow in FS 83 for this problem.
